where our trainees once again have the opportunity to show what they have already learned.
This year it’s all about the organizational factor, because we’re not celebrating in-house.

Everything must go!!!

Before the company holidays we’re cleaning up our kitchen on July 28th!

This means there is no a la carte for lunch and dinner, but instead as a surprise menu of the chef’s choice in meat, fish or vegetarian options

3 courses for €35,- or 4 courses for €45,-

We would be very grateful for a short reservation!

“3G-Regel” – means vacinated, proof of recovery or tested for the corona virus SARS-CoV-2

That means, to gain access to Tiemann’s Hotel, you need one of the following documents

  • Official complete proof of vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus
    Valid 14 days after the second vaccination or after recovery after one vaccination without a 14-day period.
  • Official proof of recovery from an illness with the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2
    i.e. positive PCR test from at least 28 days and no more than 90 days (3 months) ago.
  • Certificate of a PoC antigen rapid test (maximum 24 hours old) or PCR test (maximum 48 hours old)
  • Medical certificate stating that there is a vaccination exemption due to a medical contraindication or participation in a clinical study and a PoC antigen test that is no more than 24 hours old

Children, adolescents up to the age of 18 and people who have a medical certificate stating that they are not allowed to be vaccinated due to medical contraindications or participation in a clinical study and who have submitted a PoC antigen test (max. 24 hours old) Except as a rule.

Please note the obligation to wear a mouth and nose covering of protection level FFP2/KN95 or equivalent everywhere in our house as long as you are not at your seat.

The data acquisition is now voluntary and is done via the QR code of the Corona-Warn-App.
